 • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

We do not accept returns for:

 • Lash adhesive once opened

 • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

 • Products purchased more than 14 days ago

 • Lash adhesives should only be used by trained professionals.

 • The buyer is responsible for performing appropriate patch tests and following UK beauty safety standards.
